60 Minute Vinyasa (Heated)
Flow through new transitions and postures while connecting your breath to movement. Detoxify and energize while building strength and endurance. Beginners class.
60 Minute Hot Pilates
60 minute class promises to sculpt and tone your body, strengthen the core and improve your cardiovascular system. Beginners class.
60 Minute Yin Yoga (Heated)
Slow moving meditative class that works on loosening tendons and ligaments while relaxing through ones muscles. Beginners class.
75 Minute Silent Yoga (Hot)
Similar to the 90 minute Bikram class – You must have a regular practice to attend this class ( 2-3 times a week for 3 months ) *Please note that regular practice is required before attending silent class.
