60 Minute Vinyasa
Yoga Explore new transitions and postures while connecting deeply to both ones body and mind. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Beginners class.
60 Minute Hot Pilates
60 minute class promises to sculpt and tone your body, strengthen the core and improve your cardiovascular system. Beginners class.
60 Minute Yin Yoga
Slow moving meditative class that works on loosening tendons and ligaments while relaxing through ones muscles. Beginners class.
75 Minute Silent Yoga
Similar to the 90 minute Bikram class – You must have a regular practice to attend this class ( 2-3 times a week for 3 months )
